New Construction Projects
It Starts With Engineering
We offer a foundation of communication and education with all of our clients for every step of the pool building process. We want you to feel confident with your decision and trust that we will get the job done with engineering and quality as our top priorities!

Soil
Engineering
The industry recommends, "Site Specific" sub-surface soil investigations in areas where known abnormal soils exist.

If you're from Texas, then you know that some of the most highly expansive clay soils on the planet are in our state!

We strongly advise all of our DFW clients to opt-in to "Site Specific" soil testing before starting a in-ground project.

Structural Engineering
The structural engineer needs the information from the soil engineering report to design the structural components of the swimming pool structure.

The steel rebar size and placement, the specific concrete mix design, and the thickness of the structure are all specified by the structural engineer as well as any other structural elements to insure the long-lasting successful performance and sustainability of the concrete structure.

It is highly recommended to add structural engineering advisement after running a "Site Specific" soil test so that the concrete build is structurally sound for the type of soil you have.
